The Machine Head and beam are all waterproof and dust-proof completely closed structure, and all moving joints are equipped with waterproof and dust-proof mechanism;
This product uses the SANYE-JXS-4.0 industrial operating system, which is developed independently. The linkage between the executive components
is flexible and accurate. Can identify the fault and alarm all line shutdown, are: feeding machine/if furnace material, feeding Machine/intermediate
frequency/punch failure, the clamp claw of each working procedure can identify sticking punch, hanging bottom core,material not clamped, punching
material not punched out, the clamp movement occurs during the interference, manipulator oil shortage, punch oil shortage, high frequency water shortage
and so on.
